Air conditioning system is the key to the safe operation of clean laboratory. Because the operating object in the clean laboratory is dangerous microorganism, which is harmful to human body, animals, plants or environment, it is necessary to adopt a reasonable air conditioning system to keep the relative negative pressure environment of the clean laboratory from being damaged at any time, so as to ensure that the dangerous microorganism in the laboratory cannot spread to the external environment.
The air conditioning system must operate reliably, adopt advanced technology, reasonably use and save energy and resources, ensure the quality and safety of the environment, provide the required temperature and humidity for the experimental personnel, guarantee the biological experiment to be carried out under safe conditions, and ensure the accuracy of the experimental results. At the same time, it must control the cleanliness of the laboratory, filter the fresh air, and make the laboratory reach certain purification requirements. Among them, the exhaust system is the key, which plays an important role in ensuring the laboratory's relative negative pressure environment and effectively filtering indoor pollution exhaust.
The control system is the nerve center of the whole clean laboratory. Because the experimental object of clean laboratory is dangerous microorganism, for the principle of strict control of pollution, it requires a minimum of maintenance personnel, using the optimal management and maintenance means, to monitor the physical environment of each laboratory equipment in real time, to ensure that the laboratory is always in a relatively negative pressure environment in the process of operation, to prevent the leakage of dangerous microorganism.
