How to continue to transport materials after cleaning in the cleaning preparation room mainly depends on the requirements of product production process, which directly affects the location selection of cleaning preparation room. Generally, materials should enter the clean room (area) through the airlock room, which is usually adjacent to or in the clean area. Therefore, the indoor air pressure should be kept at a reasonable pressure difference between the clean production area and the air lock room. Make the purified air flow from clean production area to preparation room.
If the production flow in the workshop is strong, or in order to prevent the mutual pollution or cross pollution between different levels of clean rooms (areas), or to prevent unnecessary cross pollution according to the production process requirements, the materials shall be transferred successively between the clean rooms through the transfer window or other devices according to the specified process flow.
In order to adapt to the different situations of material transfer between products and intermediate products, different types of transfer windows are used. Generally, the two doors are usually used as mechanical interlocking switches, that is, when one door is closed, the other door can be opened; some are simplified as non interlocking type, which depends on the user's self-management; in drug production plants, ultraviolet lamp is set inside the box to sterilize the transfer materials; the other door is opened only when one door is closed; In the case of frequent switching or opening for a long time, some air curtain with high efficiency filter is also set in the box.
In aseptic clean room, through type sterilization equipment is often used to transfer materials. Most of these equipment are electric heating or steam heating. One end of the equipment opens the door from the bacteria area. After the input of materials, it is heated and sterilized for a period of time, and then the material is taken out from the sterile room by opening the door at the other end.
In addition, during the flow process, some need to open holes on the clean partition wall to continuously output finished products through the wall, so the hole becomes a weak link of indoor purification. The general treatment method is to increase the indoor positive pressure, or set up air curtain device above the hole in the river; when transporting small articles, such as the sub charging bottles in the sterile room, the conveyor belt can be set on both sides of the hole under the condition of ensuring the indoor positive pressure, and the hole is equipped with ultraviolet lamp.
In a word, it is necessary to combine it with the process flow, the layout of purification air conditioning system and the characteristics of material transfer. At the same time, the physical and clean route should be concise and clear; avoid going back and forth, too many twists and turns and intersections; the space should be as open and smooth as possible, and should be considered together with the safe access and visiting routes.
