Clean workbench characteristics: 1. Cleanliness level of 100 operating environment, with respect to particle size (> 0.5 um) of dust (< 3.5 particles/liter). 2. Horizontal laminar flow pattern or vertical laminar flow pattern. 3. Ultra-thin non-baffled high-efficiency air filter, occupying less space. 4. Touch-type electronic control panel is used to stepless adjust the air volume of the fan to ensure that the wind speed in the working area is constantly in an ideal state. 5. Stainless steel working table, plexiglass enclosure, can be equipped with ultraviolet lamp remote control electrical interface.
Clean workbench structure: direct intelligent control mode is adopted, with blower, lighting, static electricity removal switch, etc. The whole chassis is made of thin steel plate, with paint on the outside, flexible movement, convenient use and easy cleaning.
Principle of Clean Workbench:
Clean environment is made up of clean air (inlet and filter air) moving in a given direction in a specific space. According to the direction of airflow, the existing ultra-clean worktable can be divided into vertical, internal-external and lateral. Considering the operation quality and environmental impact, the vertical type is superior. The clean air provided by the air supply filter plate falls through the operation area at a specific speed, separates in the middle of the approximate operation area, is sucked away by the front air suction hole and the rear air suction window, and is mixed with the air sucked in the lower part of the operation area, and is pumped into the positive pressure area after the blower. In the upper part of the machine, 30% of the air is discharged from the top through the exhaust filter plate, and about 70% of the air is discharged from the top. The body enters the operation area again through the oxygen supply filter plate. To supplement the air discharged from the exhaust port, the same volume of air is supplied from the room air through the operating port. These air will not enter the operating area, but constitute an air barrier.
