(1) The dressing room purification workshop shall be equipped with a dressing room suitable for the number of processing personnel. The dressing room shall be connected with the workshop. If necessary, the dressing room shall be set for the processing personnel working in the clean area and the non clean area respectively, and the access to their respective working areas shall be separated. Personal clothes and shoes shall be placed separately from work clothes and boots. The clothes hanger shall keep a certain distance between the hanging work clothes and the wall, and shall not touch the wall. The changing room should keep good ventilation and lighting. The indoor air can be cleaned by installing ultraviolet lamp or ozone generator.
（2）淋浴间 肉类食品（包括肉类罐头）的加工净化车间要设有与净化车间相连的淋浴间，淋浴间的大小要与净化车间内的加工人员数量相适应，淋浴喷头可以按照每10 人1 个的比例进行配置。淋浴间内要通风良好，地面和墙裙应采用浅色，易清洁，耐腐蚀，不渗水的材料建造，地板要防滑，墙裙以上部分和顶面要涂刷防霉涂料，地面要排水通畅，通风良好，有冷热水供应。
(2) The processing and purification workshop of meat food (including meat cans) in the shower room shall be equipped with a shower room connected with the purification workshop. The size of the shower room shall be suitable for the number of processing personnel in the purification workshop. The shower head can be configured according to the proportion of one for every 10 people. The shower room shall be well ventilated. The floor and wainscot shall be constructed of light colored, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant and water-proof materials. The floor shall be antiskid. The part above the wainscot and the top surface shall be coated with anti mildew paint. The floor shall be well drained, well ventilated and supplied with cold and hot water.
（3）洗手清洁设施 车间入口处要设置有与净化车间内人员数量相适应的洗手消毒设施，洗手龙头所需配置的数量，配置比例应该为每 10 人1 个，200 人以上每增加20人增设1个。洗手龙头必须为非手动开关，洗手处须有皂液器，并有热水供应，出水为温水。盛放手消毒液的容器，在数量上也要与使用人数相适应，并合理放置，以方便使用。
(3) Hand washing and cleaning facilities at the entrance of the workshop shall be equipped with hand washing and disinfection facilities suitable for the number of personnel in the purification workshop. The number of hand washing faucets shall be one for every 10 people, and one for every 20 people increased for more than 200 people. The faucet for hand washing must be a non-manual switch. The hand washing place must be equipped with a soap dispenser and hot water supply. The outlet water is warm water. The container for holding and releasing the disinfectant should also be suitable for the number of users in quantity and placed reasonably for convenient use.
(4) In order to facilitate production and health management, the toilet connected with the purification workshop should not be located in the processing operation area, but in the dressing area. The doors and windows of the toilet cannot be directly opened to the processing operation area. The walls, floors and doors and windows of the toilet shall be constructed of light colored, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant and non permeable materials, and equipped with flushing, hand washing and disinfection facilities. The windows shall be equipped with anti insect and fly devices.
