The items that need to be controlled in the dust-free workshop include temperature, humidity, static pressure difference, wind speed, particles, planktonic bacteria, settling bacteria. Of course, at the beginning of the design, there are also considerations of noise, illumination, safety, energy conservation, etc. For users, it is very important to learn daily monitoring in the process of use, which is one of the preconditions to ensure teaching and scientific research work, and it is also conducive to find out the causes of abnormal data.
Temperature, humidity, static pressure difference and wind speed are the pre test indicators. Only when these indicators are within the specified range, the monitoring of the following three main test indicators is meaningful. If there is no special requirement, the temperature should be 18-26 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 45% - 65%. The static pressure difference between dust-free workshop and non dust-free workshop should be > 10Pa; the pressure difference between adjacent clean workshops with different clean levels should be > 0.5pa; the pressure difference between clean area and outdoor should be > 12Pa. The measured indoor average wind speed of unidirectional flow cleanroom should be greater than the design wind speed, but should not exceed 15%. The above tests can be completed by temperature and humidity meter, micro pressure meter and anemometer.
Suspended particle test can be done by particle counter. During monitoring, the number of sampling points should be determined by the method of area root number. Generally, 3-4 points in each room are enough. When sampling, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniform distribution of sampling points in the room and avoid the air return outlet as far as possible. The sampling pipe orifice should be facing the airflow direction, with a height of about 80cm from the ground. The testing personnel should be at the downwind side of the sampling port and try to reduce activities. In order to ensure the normal use of the instrument next time, the self-cleaning program of the instrument must be started after sampling.
The sampling methods and precautions for planktonic bacteria and settling bacteria are the same as those for suspended particles, which are respectively completed by planktonic bacteria sampler and plate with microbial culture medium. When the culture dish is used for testing, in order to avoid the influence caused by the transportation or transportation process of the culture dish, negative control test should be carried out at the same time. One control dish should be taken from each time or each area, and operated with the sampling dish in the same way, but without exposure sampling. Then, it should be put into the incubator together with the sampled culture dish, and the result should be aseptic colony growth.
As for the monitoring frequency of the above indicators, users can control it by themselves except for sedimentation bacteria. The dust-free workshop should be monitored every week at the beginning of operation. If the data is stable, the cycle should be extended appropriately, but it is recommended to monitor at least once every three months. In each experiment, the sedimentation bacteria plate should be placed in the super clean table and dust-free workshop, which is equivalent to a negative control of the experimental environment. For the microbial experiment, especially the total number of bacteria, the data is only valid when the monitoring data meet the requirements of the corresponding level of dust-free workshop.
